Best service ever!
Originally, I thought I had accidentally thrown out the filter bag from my TriStar vacuum, so I started looking for a replacement. McHardy's had the best price available, so I ordered. Later, I located my original bag and contacted McHardy to see if I could return my order. To my surprise, the service I received was incredible. McHardy is sending me a return shipping label for me to print and attach to the parcel, and giving me a full refund on my MC. I am so happy I found a great company to deal with any future TriStar parts I may need!
