Persil Color Gel Laundry Detergent 1.0 L

Fantastic liquid laundry soap — be careful tho, it is extremely concentrated and a little goes a long way. Absolutely love all the Persil products.

First used this fine product in 2016. Now I can state that the colours of our clothes remain bright almost as if they were still new. Yes, it’s expensive but a normal sized load can be cleaned with a little more than a tablespoon even in very hard water. We use it in a front loading Miele washing machine; its European size is perfect for we two retirees. I note this is an imported detergent, not the domestic ProClean product which contains oils; this stuff has no oils.

Works terrifically! I also use it in a squirt bottle and water it down 3:1. It has removed every stain I have used it on. Excellent!!

I've used this product for washing my blue Van Laack button down shirt. I've used delicate regime and cold temperature. As a result my shirt is spoild. Do not us it for expensive clothes, it can ruin it. McHardy's Response: Hi Timofey, so sorry to hear about your shirt getting shredded. Give us a call, we'd like hear more about what happened as we've not come across laundry gel shredding clothes.

We're very impressed with the color fast blue Persil. Using hardly any even in very hard water produces beautifully bright results for our permanent press clothing. We also use the green Persil for whites and our greyish whites are now slowly turning white again with subsequent washes. All this with just a two tablespoons of detergent in hard water (48-50 hardness). Great product, absolutely worth a little extra in cost.

I have a new Bosch front loader and was bothered by a smell in the drum. The supplier suggested I was using too much detergent and that I should try Persil. Problem solved.

Be careful when using this product.It was bought thinking it would be low sudsing like their powder formula's, wrong, but it does work well and there is a fine line between the right dosage and over-sudsing.Depending on water softness and soil content in your load of laundry use no more than two (2) yes TWO tablespoons.I used a TEAspoon on a comforter and it was almost too much.It did require an extra rinse but it did rinse well, with a light scent, nothing heavy.
