Numatic James JVP180 Canister Vacuum

Lot's of suction, very quiet, great filtration, great price. What more do I need to say?

Great little vacuum. Disappointed with the carpet/floor attachment. Definitely not made for carpet but will work well on floors. Suction on this machine is pretty strong and will definitely serve it's purpose.

Absolutely top customer service. I discovered I should have got Henry because of the long retractable cord. But James will do the trick!

This vacuum is perfect for our small office. We have a combination of carpet, lino and hardwood flooring and it can clean everything. It is easy to tow around and not too heavy. I would recommend it to anyone with similar needs. I also loved dealing with McHardy Vac in general - I even received a thank you card for my service. Little touches like this are what matters - I will be a return client.

First I want to thank McHardy's for their prompt delivery. I also was shocked to get my first e-mail after ordering to let me know I could contact them at anytime by email and phone. Most companies I deal with on line rarely do this and lately I'm having a lot of problems getting anyone to respond. I really like James and find he is a big help with my janitorial cleaning business. If I could change one thing, though I realize you do not make the machine, it would be the hose connection to the wand. I would have it so it clicks into place as it keeps coming loose. I want to thank you as well for the lovely calendar and the nice touch of a thank you card. Very personable in an impersonal world today.

I wanted a small vacuum that would still be powerful enough for my apartment carpets which collect mountains of dirt, dust and animal hair. The James has been outstanding so far! It came with a variety of attachments for a variety of uses. Interestingly enough, the week after I ordered it, I was on a cruise and the ship had a whole line of Numatic vacuums to clean all the rooms! It arrived promptly in the mail AND I received a HAND WRITTEN note from the company thanking me for my business. When do you hear of a hand written note in this day in age? OUTSTANDING! I would order from McHardy again and I would highly recommend the Numatic line.

Fantastic vacuum, does everything I want it to. The only gripe I have is the 2 prong plug which occasionally pops out; 3 prong would be better. Other than that, I love and trust Numatic products, and would definitely purchase again.

James is every bit the indestructible, hard working fella Henry is, for quite a bit less money. I love the way he can reach under beds and into corners, and his impish smile certainly lightens the drudgery of household chores. Highly recommended to anyone who expects their appliances to be cheerful, as well as reliable!
