The combination floor and carpet brush makes it easy to transition between carpet and flooring without switching heads.  For added filtration, Henry has a Microtex combination filter which is approved to the highest allergen standard by the British Allergy Foundation.     I've only used my Henry for a few weeks but he came highly recommended by a friend who has used one for 20 years. He's a little heavier than her older Henry. The new Henry seems to have lots of power and I only need to plug it in once to do the whole house. When I'm working, it's nice to look back and see his pleasant smile.

    It is quiet, it has decent long hose and it works very well. The suction is excellent on it. I've used this vacuum at my place of work and I'm very happy with it. I recommend it highly.

    I had bought the vacuum cleaner for my company and do not regret it. If I would have know he sucks so well I would have bought it also for home. Communication with the shipping trade is great. Highly recommended.

    It exceeded our expectations. It is quiet but powerful, which we needed in our retail store, so we could clean up problems while the store is open. Also it has an extra long cord so we can clean the whole store without having to keep moving the plug around.

    I have missed my Henry and I am ever so pleased to have this new one! I really like the new features of variable power and slow ease on start. And I am still very pleased with what makes Henry so awesome...ease of switching tasks, I rarely need to grab an accessory tool. Henry simply works and works simple!

    in less than 8 month, the on/off switch got broken, and in 5 month, the hose broke off....the engine is powerful and easy to move... and the cord is long enough to reach all corners off the room.

    i used henrys in the UK before i came to Canada. so no suprise to me how good a vacumn it is. we even brought our henry over from the uk. and had a new supply put in so he would work here.
