Henry is quiet, reliable and cute!

I’ve been using Henry’s for probably 10 years and the reliability and great suction are second to none

We've been using Henry's in our small business for 20 years and they've been terrific. This is the 8th one we've purchased and they are all still working hard. The only reason I rated this last one as a 4 is because they've reduced the diameter of the wand & hose and made the floor tool less efficient and cheaper. The wand also wiggles around more and needs a lot of adjusting as it's being used. It still vacuums great though.

Henry is an awesome vacuum! He is really quiet and does a really great job of vacuuming on both the low pile carpets and hard floors that are in my house. The length of cord allows me to pretty much vacuum the entire house without changing outlets. Also, with his smiling face, it doesn't seem quite as much of a chore to be cleaning the house!

When I managed a Senior's residence, I kept hearing the cleaning staff "reserving" Henry for their shifts. The central vac system was cumbersome and less powerful than the little Henry. When I retired in 2010, I ordered one from you and I truly love it. My cleaning lady tells me she'd love it if all her clients had a Henry because there's not one make or model that surpasses Henry's performance for her. I was also so impressed with your quick response and excellent service. I feel gratitude every time I receive your email. While I have you...how do I know when the filter needs changing? What are the signs? (I've only used the NVM-1CH bags.) McHardy's Response: We're glad to hear you're enjoying your Henry vacuum! We love him as well. The filter should be changed once it starts showing signs of wear (i.e. tearing, rips, etc).

Started out by taking a leap buying one of these because I heard they were a good vacuum. I made the best decision ever!!!! This vacuum can handle everything Ivehad mine now for 6 hears and have had nothing go wrong. It has lived up to its name ....I have 3 in total now and would never change. The suction is perfect works amazing for all my business needs.

So far so good only had it a week but very happy with the vacuum I am using it in a preschool it even picks up the glitter and cleans right to the edges. I love the long cord and the excellent service I received.

So far so good. Just got it.

Powerful. Long cord to go the distance without having to find another power outlet. Long suction hose so you can do an entire set of stairs. Trouble free. No breaking parts (like belts). Indestructable it would seem. It's worth paying more to get something that will really do the job. Thanks so much for the prompt, friendly service.
