Good product—bottle doesn’t work for left handers 3

Excellent service from McHardy, delivered within two days. The detergent leaves sweaters and knits soft and comfortable. The scent is quite strong, but pleasant. Sadly, the bottle’s spout only works when poured from the right-hand—which is quite inconvenient for left-handed people. McHardy's Response: Thank you for your feedback! The spout on the bottle is attached at the factory - sometimes the spout is dead centre with the handle and sometimes it is slightly off centre (either to the right or left). If the spout is too far to one side it can make pouring a little difficult. However, the spout should have a little play in it so it can be twisted into a more comfortable position.

I have been using these products for 11 years on all my clothes: silk, wool, cashmere, linen and more. The best! I have a Miele washer. The store sent my out of town order within two days. Impressive!
