MIELE FLEXIBLE UNIVERSAL BRUSH VACUUM CLEANER ATTACHMENT does a great job removing dust from surfaces such as furniture. However It doesn't smoothly attach to the hose and I am finding it a challenge to work the rotating part to put the brush at a good angle. That should improve with use.... The delivery service is great. McHardy's excels in customer service. We drove to the main store in London a few months ago to buy our Miele vacuum and the salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Their online delivery is also A1.

the point where it attaches to the vacuum is poorly designed (that or it isnt designed to be used with the stock miele s2 hose). you lose a significant amount of suction and gain excessive wind noise from the poor seal. also dust pickup is poor. the bristles are soft though...

This brush is much more effective than the one which comes with the vacuum. It can reach inot the corners of furniture more easily and the multi angle allows me to reach high shelves without having to climb on a ladder or stool.
