Miele Dishwasher Detergent Tabs 60 Pack

When I rinse dishes before loading the tabs work fine. I do get rust stains on my stainless cutlery although same was occurring with other hi end brands.

Dishes turn out clean and sparkling with no residue or loss of 'paint' as has happened to other products.

I have been using this brand of dishwasher detergent for years in my Bosch... Cleans glassware and dishware flawlessly.

I haven't had such clean dishes since I used to wash them all by hand. The glasses sparkle. The tea cups are perfect. Even the cutlery shines. I use just half a cube for a regular load and it works just fine.

Hands down, you can't find this on our store shelves. Thanks.

I found this soap to perform quite well at a reasonable price. While I didn't notice much difference in the cleanliness of my dishes, the soap did clean the gunk that was building up in the dishwasher with my previous soap. The soap also stopped my cheap table knifes from corroding. The soap isn't gimmicky with lots of dyes in an oversized tub; rather it's packaged neatly in three small boxes that can easily be squeezed into a small kitchen.

When I ran out of my Miele tabs - I thought I had one box left - and knowing that it takes about a week to deliver from miele.ca (this was before I knew about McHardy's next day delivery) :) - I went and brought a box of 'new and improved' dishwashing tabs from the grocery store --> big mistake!!!!! Within a week my dishwasher started to smell. I opened it up thinking it was the filter, which it wasn't, I even brought a dishwasher refeshener -- and that didn't help. I ordered more Miele tabs and after the first wash the smell was gone! Also, living in the country I fill my dogs water bowl with water directly from the well and because of this a very thick band of calcium deposit had formed around the bowl. After three washing with the Miele tablets the build-up was completely gone and the bowl was store-brought shiny. Don't let this scare you off using the Miele tablets on your fine china because I use it all the time on my glasses, fine bone china and silverware with safe, excellent results.

Our new Miele dishwasher left bits of food on dishes when using Cascade and salt in its softener. Using more Cascade left a film. This product (without salt) does neither.

I was already using a very high quality product but when I tried the Miele tabs I will never go back! In fact I only use half a tab for my small loads and it works just as well. I highly recommend this product.

After no longer being able to buy Somat tabs in Canada, I was on the hunt for dishwasher detergent that actually WORKS, without leaving awful residue behind (who wants to wash their dishes after running them through the dishwasher??). I have a Miele dishwasher and these tabs do a proper job. I use a full tab with hard water in Calgary.
