Miele Complete C3 Excellence Vacuum Cleaner

Recently after my 12 year old Miele Blue Star developed a electrically issue within the hose after years of faithful service , I felt that it was time for a replacement vacuum. Naturally I choose another Miele model, the Complete C3 Excellence this time. As I have two large dogs that are both shedders , an ordinary vacuum will not measure up to my needs. I used the Complete C3 Excellence for the first time today and upon checking the vacuum bag after finishing ; it served with an amazing performance as per the contents of the bag. I followed up with carpet cleaning via my Royale carpet cleaner and as I had hoped my carpets sprung back to life with the desired results that I was truly hoping to achieve. My goal is to gain some extra time from my now aging carpets and by having two quality machines servicing my carpets ; I feel confident that I will be able to enjoy my carpets for some years to come. Was on sale, so a great buy! Very quick delivery. Had a little problem with parts.( was in factory sealed box so problem was not something Mchardy could have known about) I called and had a replacement part the next day. Service could not. be any better Very pleased with purchase and will recommend McHardy to family and friends.

Love my new Miele C3 Excellence, you just can't beat quality, cleans my carpets 3X better in half the time, so quiet, my cat no longer scared when I vacuum, can even hear the phone ring! After 1 year of researching all the usual brands available and the terrible reviews, I decided on Miele and just waited for the sale. McHardy Vacuums were also excellent to deal with, give them and the product 5 stars, more if I could!

I had done a lot of research prior to ordering and had decided I was going with this model so then I was looking to see where I could get the best price and landed on your website with considerable sales and free shipping even though we aren't even in the same province. That in itself was great but I was a bit skeptical that it was too good to be true. But before ordering I had a few questions and called your store. I didn't get the name of the person I spoke to but it was the person who first answered the call. She was very courteous and helpful and answered all of my questions in detail. She was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable to order from your store with confidence. The vacuum arrived a mere three days later along with a nice thank you note from Rebecca Hubbard. What a nice touch for you to personalize the experience. Oh, and I love the vacuum cleaner too! It's very easy to use and "sucks" in a good way. I'm sure you've heard that one many times before. I switched out the filter for a HEPA one and the room felt much cleaner after vacuuming that ever before with my poor 40-year old Electrolux. Anyway, people are often quick to complain but I don't think many take the time to write when they are pleased with services and products which is why I wanted to send you this note. I wouldn't hesitate to order from you again should the opportunity arise and recommend you to friends and family.
