Miele Compact C2 TotalCare Canister Vacuum Cleaner

Very impressed with this vacuum! Small size, light weight and good performance has made this a good purchase. McHardy vac online ordering was easy to use and we received the order in a very reasonable time. Very happy with our purchase and would buy from McHardy again.

Excellent vacuum. Use to have a Numatic vacuum and liked it but this one is a step above. Better ergonomics.

I purchased a Miele C2 total care vacuum cleaner at the beginning of January 2017. I chose a Miele because of what I read on line and that it was made in Germany. When I received the Miele and tried it, I was amazed of the light weight and performance. It`s so easy to handle and clean`s perfectly. Every time I use it, which is everyday, I say that I would never be without it. If I were to suggest a vacuum to a friend, family or total stranger, I would say, look no further then a Miele! If looking where to shop, without hesitation I would say McHardy Vacuum. They will give you service that is second to none! They not only listen but they hear you. McHardy m'a donné d'excellents conseils, ils sont courtois et respectueux. De plus, la balayeuse va comme un charme, elle est silencieuse et c'est un plaisir de l'utiliser. De plus, j'ai sauvé 10% de taxes comparativement à un achat fait au Québec, ce qui représente une économie de 50$, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Balayeuse top notch, distributeur top notch, McHardy you"re the best !!!!

I got the C2 compact total care for its great reviews and I do agree. My mom has the same vacuum and she's had the same vacuum for ten years. Packaged well and arrived earlier than expected.

This is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned. It's lightweight, has great suction, and leaves my house spotless. But what really stood out with this purchase was McHardy's customer service. I had originally ordered another vacuum but changed my mind a few hours later. They changed the order with no issues. The vacuum also arrived extremely quickly - I ordered on a Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday.

I love my new Miele C2! It does exactly what it's supposed to do - a great job of cleaning every surface, plus it's so quiet and lightweight. I tell my friends that I finally have the Rolls Royce of vacuums :)... And my thanks to the people at McHardy. So helpful and very professional.

My previous vacuum was a Kenmore and after waiting 4 months for parts I decided that my next purchase was going to be a from a place that offered sales and service. I had researched the Miele brand before and was going to purchase the same model from Costco for the same price. But after the nightmare of servicing an expensive item from a large store I chose McHardy's. Their web videos were just what I needed to make my decision on which vacuum was right for me and from ordering, shipping and of course the excellent compact, powerful and ergonomic vacuum (the floor attachment moves as if it was an extension of your own arm!) it was an absolutely fabulous experience. I wish every product I needed could be bought from McHardy's, 100% friendly, fast and the way online shopping SHOULD be! Also to note the vacuum has awesome wheels and it follows you and you don't have to go back and move the canister like many other of lesser quality. Bag's are expensive but you get what you pay for with this machine.

Best vacuum we have had!. Looked very small so initially we were worried it wouldn't do the job but in fact it's much better than much larger vacuums.

Looks like Germans cannot only design excellent and reliable cars and home appliances, but they can do excellent vacuums as well. I am quite impressed with Miele vacuum. It is quite small but powerful, quiet, easy to handle and move around. It follows person easy with properly designed wheels, have all features you may need in a vacuum. Cord is long and winding future works great and without any problems. Does great job on carpet and smooth surfaces. Number of attachments for odd or hard to reach places make cleaning job easier. Highly recommended.
