    I have used other brands of v-cleaners for more than 20 years, for example one of them was a Panasonic 1800W. They were of more consumption of electricity but of much less power of cleaning; more noisy, less powerful. The Miele s6, only 1200w, is much stronger, of much better built quality, and works great with my wool carpets ! I will be a loyal brand lover of Miele !

    Product: - very quiet - easy to handle - great suction power - nice aspect (also seems solid built) - unfortunately there is no way to attach the handle to the canister when put in a standing position Sales team: - courteous and helpful - it was no problem paying the difference and replacing the (originally included) SBB 235-3 parquet tool with the SBB 300 - a "thank you" card (from Rebecca) was also sent with the package Shipping (within Ontario): - the package arrived the next day

    Just got my new vacuum. Unpacked it within 2 min and assembled very easily and fast Wow what a quality vacuum. Worth every penny. I vacuumed my 2000sq condo in 15 min Including heaters and under furniture. My place smells so clean. When I vacuumed my thick red carpet from Ikea...wow the things that were coming out of it... it really deep cleaned my carpet that I vacuumed two days ago with my heavy dirt devil vacuum that didnt do a good job. Miele vacuum is the best vacuum I ever had . Im looking forward to vacuum my place again. Its so easy and not loud with Miele. Thank you Miele and Mc Hardy

    I have used other canister vacuums, electric brooms and a central vac and this Miele vacuum is by far the best of the bunch. I has a lot of suction, manoeuvres easily and is quiet. It is well built. I have only one small complaint: I'd rather the on-board tools holder be either located elsewhere on the machine or redesigned to remain stationary regardless of the hose position. A minor detail really. Other than that the machine is nothing short of excellent. I also found McHardy Vacuum staff to be very polite, informative and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

    I purchased this vacuum and I am totally satisfied with it. It is lightweight and has great suction which is what I need as I have a black dog and beige carpet. The vacuum does a fantastic job to remove the dog hairs, I would certainly recommend buying a Miele. Exceptional service from McHardy

    The vacuum cleaner works very well,seems to be well-built and is quiet but as it is the first one I have bought I have nothing to compare it to. The real reason I am going through the effort to post a review is because the service from McHardy was exceptional (both pre and post purchase).

    I have wasted so much money on cheap vacuums, enought to carry easily up and down stairs, but did a good job on my hardwood floors. I finally decided that you get what you pay for, and decided to invest a little more in a quality vacuum. I purchased the Miele S6, and substituted the floor tool that came with this vacuum for the SBB Parquet floor tool. It arrived quickly, and has not disappointed me. The vacuum is so light, and the floor tool is exactly what I was looking for. The powerhead does a great job on my area rugs. I love the numerous suction settings, which allow you to choose the level that works best for the task. I highly recommend this vacuum.
