    The vacuum has excellent suction ability by far the most valuable tool in our building! The extendable wand is convenient and easy to use, transitions from floor to carpet with ease.

    We were excited to upgrade to this vacuum cleaner, for our highrise. We found, however, that the suction, or lack of, required us to pass up to 5 times over the same area to pick up small, loose debris. Took it to McHardy and they spread kitty litter on the ground and it again, too 5 passes to pick it all up. This is not efficient enough for use in our highrise.
