The filter is what it is, a replacement filter for those like myself that don't read the instructions about cleaning them "Frequently" I have to say got what I deserved there. However the service at McHardy's was excellent. They contacted me right away to let me know my order was received and sent a follow up to let me know it had shipped.

A filter is kind of a filter so this one was as depicted with so surprises. What did surprise me was McHardy's attention to detail. The filter was initially back-ordered and I got an email from an actual human telling me about it, checking in on time frame and when I asked for clarification I got a speedy personal response from an actual human. That level of customer service lasted through the purchase; I got an actual handwritten thank you note with my filter! I kind of wish I needed to order filters more often because the guys are a treat.
