    While initial price is high on Dyson products the replacement parts are unbelievably reasonable. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive they are. Great quality. Very easy to change - 2 second repair. The longest part was unwinding and winding the Cord up.Great engineering went into the design and is appreciated now that parts need replacing. McHardy shipped quickly (especially considering lockdown) and was great to deal with in every stage of the purchase. They are definitely my new go to store for vacuum parts.

    Everything from ordering to receiving this item was excellent. The part itself, was perfect. An exact OEM part. It was back ordered when I ordered it, but they let me know and kept in touch when it came in. When it arrived there was a handwritten thank you card inside. Definitely shows they care about their customers and I know they would help if there was a problem. Will absolutely order from them again next time I need parts.

    Easy fix for our Dyson vacuum whose house had split. New hose seems a bit shorter than the original.....but this is a good thing. It is now easier to get the hose into the back of the vacuum after using the wand. Time will tell as to durability, but for $10 it is about the only inexpensive thing on a Dyson you can fix....
