    When my hose broke for my dyson, I cringed at the thought of the replacement cost and found that McHardy priced it very reasonable. Shipping took a couple of days. Customer service is impeccable and I have already recommended them to others who owes dyson vacumns. Awesome job guys!

    When this hose broke, I expected to have to pay several times more to replace it. The service was great and I received the hose in about 3- 4 days. The removal of the old hose and installation of the new one took only 5 minutes at the most. Have used the machine a few times since and it works as it did when it was new
