    Our Dyson was starting to perform poorly and would be very noisy when using the brush bar. After extended use, we would also smell burnt plastic. After taking apart the brush bar assembly, it was clear that the brush bar bearings were extremely worn and there was a lot of resistance. I ordered a replacement brush bar from McHardy and it was a perfect fit. The replacement was very simple and the kit provided detailed instructions and even replacement screws. Absolutely turn-key and I 100 percent recommend to anyone hoping to squeeze a few more years out of their Dyson.
