Dyson DC37 and DC23 Handle

I was really impressed with how fast I received my order. I needed a few new pieces for my Dyson . I just happened to fall open this company and I am truly happy I did. If ever I need anything else will definitely be ordering from them again.

Had the original handle for over 5 years, but the end that held the attachments got loose and warn and attachments didn’t hold anymore. Without going directly to the states to get the product I was happy to find Mchardy Vacuum locally to get it from. Took some time for delivery, but they kept me updated on the progress of the delivery. I will definitely by from them again.

Excellent, nice to have my vacuum working properly again. It is now obvious that the old handle wasn't working at all.

We love and depend on our Dyson Animal vacuum. A 128 LB Akita and two cats torture any vacuum but our Dyson powers through time and again. Sadly our hose handle broke from the constant twisting and turning. Happily the replacement is available and at a great price considering the quality. So we’re back in service and trusting our Dyson to keep on doing the dirty work like always.

This item was unavailable through dyson. With some google searching I found mchardy. They were incredible to deal with. They kept me in the loop on when it would ship (it was back ordered), and followed up prior to it shipping. Received it very quickly. Great customer service. Will buy from again.
