Non-stop headache
The hose pops off from the base every time we use the hand held piece. Very frustrating. I do not recommend. **** McHardy Response **** Sorry to hear Meggan. Sounds like you have other issues with the base. The hose should never come off so there could be a broken piece at the base of your vacuum preventing the hose from locking in place. Give us a call for assistance.

I forgot how well my vacuum works with a hose that does not have holes in it. The Dyson web site didn't even have the hose in stock. I paid very little shipping considering I would have had to travel 3 hours to the nearest city to buy one in store.
