    We had our Dyson head cleaner fail and found a replacement at a very competitive price at McHardy. The part was on back order and we were informed immediately that there would be a delay and then also received a follow up email a couple weeks later to advise that the part was now in stock and was being shipped out. We then received our order within a few days of it being in stock. We were very pleasantly surprised to receive a hand written thank you note included with the part - very nice customer experience.

    I tried to search the internet for this item with the best price. McHardy Vacuum has the lowest price and they shipped it really fast. So now instead of disposing my Dyson, its now working just like new!
