Replacement clutch assembly controls the stopping and starting of the brush bar rotation. Both belts are included and installed to clutch assembly. Both belts will naturally stretch over time, thus affecting the rotation of the brush bar, which is essential to the vacuums performance. Replacement (non-genuine) part designed to fit Dyson. Good price on this part and fixed our problem. Installed it myself. Didn’t buy the recommended belt tool but managed OK with some help from you tube. Lots of videos on this repair. The tool would have made it easier.
