Central Vacuum Electric Power Head - 1 1/4" Fit All Size

Replacement power nozzle for central vacuums that have an external 2 prong cord as shown in the images. Agitation will clean deeper, restoring the pile and preventing deep down dirt from wearing out your carpet. The self-adjusting power head will effectively clean all carpet types regardless of how thick or flat your carpet is. One of our favourite features is the fact that the power head is made in Germany and is very robust. A fibreglass, non-slip belt ensures that the brush maintains maximum speed throughout its lifetime. Built in overload protection will prevent damage if the brush ever becomes obstructed.

Sizing:

This product fits all types of vacuum cleaners that use common fit-all attachments (1 1/4" inner diameter of attachment opening).  To verify if your vacuum is this size, first determine if your extension wand or hose handle fits inside your attachments and not outside.  Then, measure the inside where the wand or hose handle fits into the tool.

This includes most brands such as Beam, Bissell, Bosch, Broan, Cana Vac, Dirt Devil, Drain Vac, Durabrand, Dyson, Electrolux, Electron, Eureka, Euro Pro, Fantom, Frigidaire, GE, Hoover, Kenmore, Kirby, Miracle Mate, Nutone, Panasonic, Royal, Sanyo, Sebo, Shark, Vacuflo and many others. Some models may require adaptors available separate. If unsure, simply call or email us with the make and model # of your vacuum for sizing information.

  • Much better than the old power head 5

    I bought this to replace an old power head which broke. It is definitely much more silent (the old one could be deafening), definitely lighter and easier to maneuver, and it has a much lower profile, allowing me to vacuum under furniture where I couldn't reach before. It is indeed more pricey than the classic one, but if you have a central vacuum installed it's a long-term investment, and you're going to use it for years to come, which makes the additional cost quite low per year of usage. Treat yourself, your ears, joints and carpets will be better off!

    I bought this to replace an old power head which broke. It is definitely much more silent (the old one could be deafening), definitely lighter and easier to maneuver, and it has a much lower profile, allowing me to vacuum under furniture where I couldn't reach before.
