This item replaced my existing super valves which had a fragile door spring mechanism. So far this super valve works well and time will tell if it is durable. It was disappointing that I could not purchase the cover without the rough in as the cover was all I needed. The vendor, McHardy Vacuums, was professional and reliable as usual, and I recommend them.
