    This product was reasonably priced and of good quality. It was ordered on a Friday and arrived on the following Tuesday by regular mail. The order included a lovely thank you note for using McHardy.

    The helpful staff at McHardy helped me identify this product, which I needed for cleaning a large tiled area. It was too much effort to use the main hose with its power head. This hose can be cut to size and is perfect for a tiled area. It is lighter and easier to store and move than the big hose. I can now use three extra central vac outlets that I hadn't been using.

    Good, no nonsense kit. It would have been perfect if it had a on/off switch but then, the price would have been higher. Overall, a very good compromise !
