Central Vacuum 45 Wye Fitting

Receiving this fitting was the only problem I have had with McHardy Vacuum. They sent me a clear 45 degree elbow instead of this white 45 degree Wye. I sent to emails to report the problem, but both emails were completely ignored. Then I phoned the store. The clerk did not apologize for the error and seemed kind of apathetic about it, although she was otherwise polite. I then received yet another clear 45 degree elbow! Fortunately the lack of the 45 degree Wye did not stop me from finishing the job. I called again and explained the situation. This time I did receive the correct part. It seems there may be a problem with the online catalogue not being connected to the correct part numbers. This was a disappointing experience. Otherwise I have been impressed with McHardy's service and products. **McHardy Response** So sorry for the double mixup David. Considering that we're experts we are currently pretty embarrassed about mixing those two up not once but twice. Glad you got it all installed in the end.
