I was hesitant at first to purchase online, I like to see and feel what I am getting, but I contacted McHardy on the phone and they were very helpful and reassuring. The product arrived as promised -on time and was exactly what I was looking for. I had been trying to rinse my filter to save it for a few years and it was quite disgusting and had a musty odour. The new one makes the room smell fresh and clean after each vacuum...it is great and I recommend getting the outer foam with it to keep everything SMELLING GREAT, what a difference it made!
