Replacement Handle 2

The replacement of the handle is quick and simple but the handle does not connect and latch to the wand properly so you have to hold the wand and handle while vacuuming. ******* McHardy Response: Sorry to hear you had a issue Roger. We have never seen it where the wand doesn't stay connected because of the handle. Perhaps the clip on the wand is broken needing replacement. Please reach out if you'd like to replace your wand.
