The Beam 345A is the most popular central vacuum power unit with its 655 air watt motor, and is manufactured in Canada. This vacuum is capable of cleaning homes up to 7000 square feet and will do a great job in any home under that size. Beam air watt motors use tapered fans which drastically increase the air flow.  This means that they will clean your hardwood and bare floor much quicker because you won't have to go over the same spot over and over. A large bagless 15 litre dirt receptacle can also be used with or without disposable bags. Many prefer bags for easier emptying and leaving the internal filter free of debris. 

This model carries a 5 year warranty on its permanent filter.  Yes, no more replacing or having to clean dirty vacuum filters.  This is only possible because of the Gore Technologies™ HEPA CleanStream™ filter. From the developers of Gore Tex™, this filter is designed maintain proper airflow throughout its lifetime.

The Beam Quiet power units are designed to run much quieter with its Quiet Pak™ sound insulation system and a muffler is mounted to the exhaust to silence the air turbulence.  Also, surrounding the motor is a sound insulation wrap and carbon filter for better air quality around the unit.
