Shipping Costs: On top of our Free Shipping over $99, McHardy Vacuum offers a variety of shipping methods for you to choose from. Shipping costs are based on the size of your order, speed of delivery and destination and are calculated automatically for you in the check out.
United States shipping rates are posted in check-out and take 3-10 days via FedEx Ground and are subject to duties and taxes which are based on federal and state laws.

We just ask:
- The product must be in sellable condition i.e. in working order, no foul smells/odours, no broken parts, and is not missing pieces (unless product was defective upon receipt)
We are unable to accept for return or exchange:
- Products considered abused by the purchaser including damage and foul odours.
- Equipment used in the recovery of hazardous materials.
- All electrical parts used for repairing equipment.
- Non-stocked special ordered items may be returned with a re-stocking fee equal to what it would cost us to send it back to our supplier. Call or email for details.
Free Return Policy
At McHardy Vacuum If you're not happy we're not happy!
If you receive an order through us and are not completely satisfied with the product for whatever reason simply contact us via telephone, or log onto My Account within 30 calendar days from date of purchase. At this point, through our 110% money back guarantee, we will gladly refund the entire amount of your order back to you, plus you will receive a store credit that is equal to 10% of the original purchase amount. This credit can be used on your next purchase with McHardy Vacuum, or on exchange for another product. If you are unhappy with a purchase and do wish to return it McHardy Vacuum will pay the cost of shipping from your address back to our warehouse which is done though a pre-paid Shipping Label.
We just ask:

The Return Process:
- Call us, or log onto My Account
If done through My Account select completed order page and click on 'returning the items purchased' option and follow the on screen directions. - We will then issue you a Return Authorization number and a pre-paid Shipping Label to your e-mail address.
- Once we receive your return we will inspect the product(s) and reason for return.
- After the product is inspected we will refund your entire order through the original payment method.
- You will then receive a credit on your account that is equal to 10% of the original purchase.
